Here at North Knox Master McMahan has not just stepped up our training a notch he has thrown the throttle wide open in preparation for the coming Hall of Fame Tournament. He has coupled some grueling conditioning workouts along with incorporating new techniques to our arsenals. I have no doubt our students will exceed all of our expectations.

We are exceptionally proud of the dedication and hard work of all our students who have committed their blood sweat and tears throughout these summer months … we have all become better martial artists because of that effort.

A special thanks to Master McMahan who in my opinion is the very definition of "Hanshi" (Master Teacher). Greg is one of the humblest men that I have ever had the pleasure to train with and his knowledge and ability is unsurpassed.

He will no doubt ride me for a month for these sappy comments but so be it.

He is our mentor, guide, drill sergeant and support, but most of all …
