Ahhh... What a class. After a killer warm up, we worked Master Mills worked the class through some takedowns. After that we padded up and did some sparring. I don't think there were too many dry theads in the end of class. We are all looking forward to next Tuesdays class at the Grace dojo. We know it will be an exciting night.
Well that is all for now. I have just finished a pizza and topped it off with some Oreos ice cream and I am going to go lay down. (after a shower of course)

Had a great time tonight.It was good to see Master Mills and to get to work with him on take downs and escapes.I have learned to valuable lessons in life. Look both ways before you cross the street and don't call Brads warm ups Teen Girl Magazines.Well maybe I haven't learned the last lessons that well yet.Thanks Christian for picking the no. 18 and then sitting out of class.Just kidding hope you get well soon.
