Karate program tonight!

Hello all -
For those of you that do not know, tonight on the History channel at 10:00 is the premier of the show, "Human Weapon", a series where two guys (one an ex UT football player) go all over the world and find an expert in a certain style. They train with him for two weeks, then challenge him to a fight. At least I think that is the premise to it. I will find out tonight!

Well I have to admit I forgot ... So how was it? Worth watching?
