How hard can we expect our students to train?

In my opinion, half as hard as they see us train.

We lead by example, and all of the motivational speeches and pep talks are soon forgotten compared to the image of a sweat soaked blackbelt practicing his art.

For those of us fortunate enough to be at our last Family Night, Grandmaster Mills used every second available to instruct and push us to the very limits, even hustling students through a two minute water break. This is the legacy of training we come from!

If you happen to walk in the door of North Knox at 6:05 you are going to see blackbelts sweating and as far as I’m concerned there is no better site than seeing Ron, Terry, Evan, Katherine and Greg demonstrating why we call this a Martial Art.
