November 29, 2007 - Thursday - Family Night at the Halls Dojo.
Time - 6:30 - Whenever
We will be meeting in the same location as the last Family Night at Halls. You will need to come in the main doors and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. We will have a spirited warm-up, Master Mills will preform a Tonfa demonstration and then we will pad up for our normal Family Night Battle!!!
Please bring your tonfas if you have them!!

December 14, 2007 - Friday - 2nd Annual Christmas Banquet
Time - 6:30 - 9:00 Location - Dutch Valley Church of God Family Life Center
Every school will need to bring enough food to feed their students. All food will be compiled for one BIG feast. It promises to be every bit as good as last year. We wil have good food, special promotions and our special speaker for the evening will be Pastor Watson from the Dutch Valley Church of God.
If anything else needs to be added to this please let me know and I will update this post.
Guy's Master Seiber contacted me with much praise for our inerdojo workouts. He mentioned how his students had a great time and wanted to do this more.
He aslso has requested that we allow his schools to be part of our rotating monthly dojo workouts. He also has invited us to attend his inner school tournament set for Feb.9th. I think this is a great idea, I know that Oak Ridge is a pretty good drive but in the long run this will be great for our relationship as well as our Isshinryu family. In my day's it seems like we were always the outsiders now we have a chance in this decade to change that. My dream is for growth in our family and to be a power player in the Isshinryu Community, and I believe this is a start. If we can support Master Seibers tournament in Feb., maybe we can have one a coulple of months latter and have his support.
I'm just looking for some feedback from all of our instructors and also from students that will be willing to compete in these wonderful events. Their will be special rules involved different from the other tournaments, and everyone that compete's will leave a winner. I am requesting some feedback from everyone.

The tournament has been held in halls for the last two events. It is a great event with fair rules. It has and will be a family event for the growing ama. We would be proud to have your group representing. From us at halls thank you for the family workout. Also thank you for reaching out to us fellow isshinryu brothers. I would like to invite any who are willing to sat workouts at the lewis school in halls. We do cardio, sparring, grappling, boxing and takedowns. It starts at 1o:3o sat mornings tough adults only. Once again i hope this is the start of a great isshinryu fellowship. Shane hill, brown belt, lewis school.
