saturday mornings at the lewis school in halls we have a get together of martial artists and we work grappling, boxing, sparring, katas, weapons. really whatever you like. it is free for all. please come and enjoy a good workout over the weekends. saturdays 10:30 cardio workout, 11 class. extra mat time is never a bad thing.
