Just want to let everyone know that Sensei Bowers and Allan will be hosting their monthly Stick Night at the Halls Dojo. Everyone is welcome.
If you have every wanted to take a look at Arnis and its practical applications to Isshin-Ryu, I urge everyone to attend.

Sorry to miss yet another family night sounds like a good one ... hopefully I've had every virus this winter has to offer and will be back in shape to catch the next one .....
As for stick night, we will be reviewing classical arnis, working flow drills and trapping hands..
