Hello. Well we talked about it, but they did it. Saturday was GREAT! I just happened to have a Dr.'s appt but I am so glad I dropped by by the Black Belt gathering long enough to jump around. Thank you so much Mr. Shane, I was so sad I could not go to the tournament (it takes forever to get in to Dr's offices), but your hospitality saved the day. You underbelts and overbelts missed it if you didn't make it. Thank you again and God Bless, Keith

It was a lot of fun. I picked up some good stuff... Thanks Shane for the invitation, it was well worth the time. I'll definitely plan to attend again.

Guys what I enjoyed most of all was the overall feeling that this wasn't just a bunch of blackbelts getting together ... it was a brotherhood .... I truely enjoy the company of every man that attended and count them all as friends ....

Beat up by a girl? I didn't see Brad pad up ... We are trying to lull you into a sense of false security before we get down right mean ...
I won't be able to make it this Saturday, the Lord and family have plans for me, but hopefully next week we can play again ...

Rastaman, I hate to say it but I have a HUGE honey-do list for this weekend, which included a new swing set for the kids. With a soon-to-be 3 year old and 5 year old, I have to make the best of every pretty weekend.
I am trying to break you in easy. Especially after I heard that you got beat up by a girl, I figured you had gotten enough abuse from that already. At least you admitted it.

this saturday is on but the 29th and future saturdays will be canceled. sorry guys my crappy work has been making me work alot of overtime. so i have to be there saturdays. sorry you guys but until further notice after this week it will be short notice on whether or not we work out on saturdays. i appreciate your support. good luck and happy easter. i will see yall at the family night this thursday.

Glad to hear that Eric is going to help you out. It is never a good thing when life gets in the way of training, but unfortunately it happens to us all. They call it the "curse of the poor".
