A BIG congratulation goes to Emeri Allan for receiving the Lions Club Scholastic Excellence Award. This signifies that Emeri had the highest grades in the 5th grade at Sterchi Elementary School. This marks her 5th year receiving first honors in her class. I know her father, Sensei Allan is just as proud of her as we are.
It is always good to see a young karate ka excelling in school. That tells me that the drive, determination and discipline that it takes to be a good martial artist and a good student has been ingrained in her from the start.
Way to go Emeri, I am proud of you!!!
